TEO BOON HAI

Mr Teo Boon Hai boasts a wealth of experience accumulated over more than a decade, spanning multiple facets of corporate governance and strategic advisory in the regional landscape. His expertise covers a diverse array of disciplines including corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, general corporate & commercial affairs, corporate secretarial duties, and compliance.

Currently, Boon Hai holds the position of Director at Brahmavihara Berhad, a prominent charity foundation headquartered in Malaysia. In addition to his charitable endeavors, he has partnered with a Korean associate to co-found Nemo Partners Asia Pte. Ltd., a dynamic consulting firm specializing in Southeast Asian markets. His leadership and strategic acumen are further underscored by his tenure in pivotal corporate counsel roles at esteemed listed companies. Notably, he has provided counsel to Sinostar PEC Holding Limited, a prominent Chinese oil & gas entity listed on the SGX Mainboard, and China Yuchai International Limited, a leading Chinese engine manufacturing company listed on the NYSE. Additionally, he has served as an independent director at China Gaoxian Fibre Fabrics Holdings Ltd., contributing his expertise to strategic oversight and governance.

Boon Hai commenced his legal career in Malaysia in 2006 before expanding his professional horizons to Singapore in 2009. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Malaya in 2006, establishing a solid foundation for his legal expertise. Complementing his academic achievements, he obtained a diploma from the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, consolidating his proficiency in corporate governance. His commitment to professional development is further evidenced by his successful completion of level II of the CFA program, underscoring his dedication to continuous learning and mastery in his field.

GOH SENG HONG

Qualification: LLB (Hons) Malaysia

Mr Goh Seng Hong graduated from the University of Malaya with LLB (Hons) degree in 2007 and was subsequently called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in April 2008 after completing his pupillage. 

In his past 16 years of practice in working with legal firms, he had hands on and single-handed experience in handling corporate financing matters for various projects such as infrastructure and development projects, ship financing, offshore borrowings and foreign currency loan transactions.

Other than a vast experience in corporate finance, he had regularly acted in sales and purchase transactions on behalf of individuals and corporations for residential and commercial properties. He undertook on a regular basis in advising developers, small and medium enterprises, multinational corporations, local and foreign investors and commercial leasing companies in acquisition, commercial dealings, sale and leasing of residential, industrial, commercial lands and buildings.

YONG WING GIN

Qualification: LLB (Hons) Wolverhampton, CLP

With almost three decades as a lawyer in conveyancing, Ms Yong Wing Gin has been an invaluable asset to her clients, ranging from individuals to corporations, developers, and financial institutions. Her expertise in the nuances of conveyancing law and practice from sale and purchase transactions, tenancy agreements, loan documentations of different financial institutions and more is unparalleled.

Together with her team of partners and supporting staff, Wing Gin has successfully handled various projects and transactions for big name clients with utmost discretion, professionalism, and dedication.

IRENE TAN CHIA AI

Qualification: LLB Hons, Northumbria

Irene obtained her law degree from University of Northumbria, United Kingdom. She then proceeded to do her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP). She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011.

Throughout her career, she has specialized in conveyancing practice, demonstrating proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and preparing various types of agreement including sale and purchase agreement, tenancy agreement. She has also managed loan documentation on behalf of various financial institutions under the firm’s panelship. Her client portfolio spans individuals, corporations, developers, and financial entities, reflecting her versatility and capability in meeting diverse legal needs.

LUM KAH LENG

Qualification: LLB (Hons) UKM

Kah Leng graduated from the National University of Malaysia with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)(Hons) in 2014. She was called to the Bar in 2015.

During her years of practice, she possessed vast experience in conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase agreement, loan documentation, transmission of estate properties, tenancy agreement and etc. She also has experience in handling probate and asset administration matters.

Kah Leng can speak and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. She can also converse in Cantonese and Hokkien.
